ResumeForge AI is an AI-powered resume building platform that helps users create professional, ATS-optimized resumes. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate resume content based on information provided by users.

3. User Accounts

3.1 Registration

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and to keep your account information up to date.

3.2 Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Fees and Payment

4.1 Free Tier

ResumeForge AI offers a free tier with one trial resume. After the trial, additional resumes require purchasing credits.

4.2 Credit Purchases

Resume credits are available at $4.99 USD per credit. One credit = one AI-generated resume. Credits never expire and can be used anytime.

4.3 Payment Processing

All payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy. We do not store your payment card information on our servers.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service
• Use the Service to generate fraudulent, misleading, or deceptive content
• Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Service without explicit authorization
• Use automated means (bots, scrapers) to access the Service without permission
• Upload malicious code or attempt to disrupt the Service

6. AI-Generated Content

6.1 Nature of AI Content

Resume content is generated by artificial intelligence. While we strive for accuracy and quality, AI-generated content may contain errors, inconsistencies, or inaccuracies. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying all generated content before use.

6.2 No Guarantee of Employment

ResumeForge AI does not guarantee that using our Service will result in job interviews, offers, or employment.

7. Intellectual Property

7.1 Your Content

You retain all rights to the personal information and content you provide. The resumes you generate using our Service belong to you.

7.2 Our Platform

The ResumeForge AI platform, including its templates, design, code, and branding, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute the platform without our permission.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ResumeForge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms or for any other reason at our discretion. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us.
