This applies to all resume credit purchases ($4.99 USD per credit). We process refunds promptly — typically within 5-10 business days, depending on your payment method.

3. How to Request a Refund

1. Send an email to support@resumesforge.com with the subject line "Refund Request"
2. Include your order details: the email address used for purchase and the approximate purchase date
3. We'll confirm your refund within 24 hours and initiate the refund through Lemon Squeezy
4. You'll receive the refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days

4. Eligibility

• Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date
• Refunds are processed to the original payment method used at checkout
• After a refund is processed, your account will revert to the Free tier plan
• Only one refund per customer is permitted

5. Exceptions

Refunds may be declined in the following cases:

• Refund request submitted more than 14 days after purchase
• Evidence of abuse or fraudulent activity
• Multiple refund requests from the same individual
• Chargeback filed with the payment processor before contacting us

6. Chargebacks
